Course of Studies	Wood Technology
Graduation	Master of Science (M.Sc.)
Course Objective	Graduates of the Master in Wood Technology have acquired extensive knowledge in wood technology and possess the competencies needed to deal with practical and scientific issues related to working with and processing wood and wood materials. This enables them to make sensible business decisions in a world of increasingly globalised competition. In-depth technical and management knowledge, combined with social skills, qualifies them for high-level professional positions, especially within internationally active companies.
Course form	Consecutive Master Course of Studies in cooperation with Bern University of Applied Sciences (Switzerland); course language: English; parttime or full-time course
Start of courses: 1 semester	summer and winter term
Number of terms prescribed for course completion	3 semester (full-time) or 6 semester (part-time)

Diploma Supplement	After successful graduation a diploma supplement is issued. The diploma supplement contains a detailed description of the course of studies taken. Fees	The former student union contribution, 52,- Euro, is levied.

University Access	Information
Application for the first semester term	Online-application for the winter semester is possible during 1st May and 15th July. For the summer semester applications should take place during 15th Nov. and 15th Jan. More Informations for the application form
Application for a higher semester term	Applications are possible for the summer semester (application deadline: 28th Feb. and for the winter semester application deadline: 31st Aug.). Applications for semesters higher than the first semester can not be made online.
