ERASMUS - Accommodation

For ERASMUS students a limited number of rooms is reserved in the student housing provided by the Studentenwerk (student services). The rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis. 
If Studentenwerk can offer you a room, you will receive an email about 8 weeks before the start of the semester. You are then required to confirm the reservation.
The rental contracts are valid during the winter semester from the beginning of September until the end of February and in the summer semester from the beginning of March to the end of August. Rooms can be moved into on the first of the month. The rental fee is approximately 220 Euros/month. A deposit is due at the beginning of the rental period. Please note that the rental contracts are not terminable. Keys and rental contract can only be obtained during the opening hours of the administrative office (Studentenwerk München, Rosenheim branch).
Please do not make application directly to the Studentenwerk as an Erasmus student. Instead, please include your application for accommodation with your application documents that you submit to the International Office.
