Learning and research with direct transfer into practice!
Students acquire extensive professional knowledge in the area of wood technology, as well as management, methodological and social competencies. They possess the knowledge needed to deal with practical and scientific issues in the field of processing wood and wood based materials. As a graduate you will be familiar with the latest technologies in an international environment, and you will be capable of making rapid, sensible commercial decisions in a world of increasingly globalised competition.
The specialization of your studies takes place within Master Research Units (MRU) at one of the two universities. The MRUs are strongly integrated into the research & development departments of the two universities or the associated research institutes. You may choose between eight MRUs for the purpose of consolidating your studies, thus individually tailoring your course.
