The University of Applied Sciences of Rosenheim is one of the leading institutions for education and training of wood engineers in Germany. More than seventy years of experience are the background for successful training and education of wood engineers from Rosenheim. Actually approximately 1000 students are under a 4-years training for their diploma degree. The first opportunity for practical experience is an internship of 18 weeks within the 6th semester as a part of the curriculum. Rosenheim trainees have been employed all over the world with excellent reputations.

Importance of a practical traineeship
The student has to be trained on the job. The assignment is based on engineering operations to be solved by working in companies.
